These fit perfectly, and stretch very well. these are good to use at night or during the day. I absolutely love the design!

I have been curious about environmentally conscious menstrual products and cannot use menstrual cups because of my vasovagal response. I am glad I came across this as an alternative.This product has really changed my life and I look forward to reducing my carbon footprint for the next 20 years. Do yourself a favor and give these a try.

It’s a little tight on the legs if you don’t they aren’t super stretchy but I love these!! I tossed out all my other period stuff; tampons, pads, cup. This is amazing!! Idk how they work but they do. I had less cramping and discomfort this menstrual cycle and it was because of these!! Do yourself, and every woman you know, a favor and get these and tell them about these! I wish I had this as a teen! No leaks at all.

I have a heavy flow (like I pass golf ball sized clots) and I would leak through heavy flow pads in 2 hours. I always had night time leaks no matter what I did. I got these after reading reviews and deciding I wanted night time comfort. Buy yourself these you will NOT regret it. I sleep like a baby every cycle thanks to these insuring a leak free slumber.

I wear these while using a menstrual cup on my heavy days, and by themselves on my lighter days. I recommend washing them before use, as the fabric straight out of the package can be very stiff. So stiff, I felt like they were a size too small, but after an initial wash they fit perfectly. The fabric is very stretchy and can accomodate my awful period bloat without causing discomfort. When my cup overflows, these undies never leak. I ordered them in the beginning of May 2020 because I was tired of bleeding on my regular undies (I hate pads/pantyliners because they trigger my sensory issues). They are still in wonderful shape in January 2021! They are still a lovely black color and still fit perfectly.
I wash them by hand in the tub with Dr. Bronner's liquid castile soap and cold water. Then I hang them to dry using the pants coat hangers (those coat hangers with the lil clippies on them) in front of my window. All things considered, I love these undies. They take away a lot of stress surrounding my period. I don't know how I ever lived without them.

Just going to put this out there. If you are over 65, the old sphincter and bladder “just ain’t what they used to be” and accidents happen. These panties are a life saver! 90% of the time, I don’t need these. But that other 10%, I am glad I have them on! Yes, periods are over but female problems follow you through life. Panty liners bunch up and don’t stay put and these panties are a no-brainer. I just wish they came in prettier colors. Who the heck wears Dark green panties?

These seriously change the way I live! As a teacher they are amazing and give me some extra protection and confidence. You need these- I’ve ordered them twice, bought some for my daughter and told friends!

Love that these are lightweight and breathable! These are made to use in combination with discs, tampons or cups as back up. Not made to use alone unless you’re just spotting, end of cycle or have a really light flow. Sort of like a full coverage panty liner but way better. I can officially say goodbye to pads!!! Ordered 2 sizes up from normal size underwear per the instructions and they fit perfect! Ordering more!!!
