We ask that you give our products a fair trial – use them for at least 2 weeks. If you're not pleased with the results, simply return the items within 30 days (yes, the products do need to be returned), and we'll issue a full refund.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the items within 30 days to receive a full refund to the payment method used for the order. Products (used or unused) must be returned to receive a refund. The shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order receipt date. Return shipping costs are not included. Parcel protection and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Products:
Please report any damaged products to hello@ourhomehaven.com within 7 days of product receipt, along with photos of the damaged items, to initiate a refund or replacement process.
Missing Products:
If any products are missing from your order, email hello@ourhomehaven.com within 10 days of your order date, including your order number, to start the refund or replacement process.
Canceling orders & modifying orders:
Once you have placed your order, you have a 6-hour window during which you can cancel it. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers' needs within this timeframe.
However, please note that once the 6-hour period has elapsed, we are unable to process any cancellations or modifications to your order. This policy ensures efficient processing and timely delivery of orders.
To avoid any issues, we strongly advise reviewing and verifying all shipping and contact information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once the order is finalized, we are unable to make any changes.
Promotions and discount codes
The promo code must be entered in the discount box at order checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.
For the activation of promotional codes and discounts that were forgotten at checkout, you have a 6-hour window to make the request after your order is placed.
