    Different than advertised, missing layer

    Filters received different than advertised, missing “tab” or direction of placement, missing a layer - seems to be missing pre-filter or the activated carbon filter. No response to inquiry of instructions for placement for required filtering/air flow. Like air purifier but disappointed in replacement filter and responsiveness from customer service

    Won’t Cancel My Subscription

    I’ve requested the company cancel my subscription 3 TIMES now and they still continue to bill me and send me filter replacements that I do not want. Yet there is no place to sign in (that I can find) and cancel my subscription on my own. Horrible way to do business.

    Way overpriced for seemingly nothing

    I wish this was not a China special because I want to return it for a full refund… the light does not go off so it’s obnoxious at night and somewhat loud… it doesn’t seem to do much of much .

    I ordered and was charged but never received the filters. I tried reaching out via email twice and no response. I am sorry, because we like the air purifier, but now can't use it. What a waste! If only they'd been responsive...
