I was wary of this product’s potential quality but when it arrived and I actually got it in my hands it feels like a good product that will not break or malfunction any time soon. It helps that the materials are not plastic and the design is extremely simple. Those bode well for longevity but we will see.

I am upset I did not do this for the first baby, second time is the charm.

I purchased the one with a hot and cold water line. Easy to switch from hot to cold. Just rinsing a glass out to refill, I used cold. To wash, put a little soap in and ran and cleaned perfect. I loved it so much at my bar that I had one installed to the kitchen sink. Easy installation. Can use the spray hole if available or cut hole into counter. I had to do one of each. Highly, highly recommend for anyone using a lot of glasses!

I love this glass rinser and can confirm I use it multiple times a day. The jets are powerful enough to clean even tall tumblers. Perfect for rinsing between cocktails, prior to putting in dishwasher, or cleaning out soap when washing. Buy one, you will wonder how you managed without one.

We love to rinse our baby bottles out with this, works great on our glasses too so very versatile. Super easy to wash if it starts to get a little dirty. Needed to drill into our counter to install but definitely worth it and was easy to install. Has held up well over the year we have had it. Would buy again!

This works pretty well. My husband installed it pretty easy with just a screwdriver. We were worried about some of the reviews saying it leaked but we didn't have any problems with that. The pressure is pretty good on it. I pored syrup in a taller water bottle and it cleaned it up nicely. The water drains directly into the sink. There is a little water left on device but easy to clean off every night. The color matches our water faucet perfectly and it isn't too bulky of an add onto our counter.

We use this to rinse formula bottles so the formula sticks to it and it's annoying to clean but it works great

After installing the product, unscrew the 4-way arms which will then allow you to unscrew the cap where the water comes out of (you will need a wrench or channel locks to unscrew the cap I suggest putting paper towel or something soft as a barrier to prevent the cap from scratching). Clean out the inside of the cap, there were wood chops inside of mine somehow. Then with the cap off, place a cup over the now open water line and reach under the cup to press down on the armless metal piece. This will then rinse any other sediment out of the water line and supply which will clog the pin holes on the cap. Reassemble the product and make sure to tighten the 4-way arm to ensure the product does not leak. Hopefully this saves someone the time it took me to figure out why the water pressure on the device was close to nothing, and causing a slow drip when I decompressed the arms with a cup. After these installation steps the product works incredibly

The product comes with everything you need to install it. Installation takes about 10 -15 minutes. I am satisfied with this product.

UPDATE! Changing 2/5 to 5/5. The company reached out and replaced my broken one. Great customer service, would buy from again 100%. ---------------------------------------------- I bought and installed this last March, used it everyday, worked great and loved it. However last month, I hear my girlfriend start panic screaming from the kitchen. I rushed in to see what was going on and this thing was stuck pressed down, spewing spiraling water all over the walls and ceiling like a kids summertime yard toy. I had to wedge my fingers under it to pry it up to keep it from spraying everywhere. I initially thought that it could just be the result of hard water buildup, but I've cleaned it extensively and it still wouldn't return to the off position. Even manually pulling it up it was still pressed down enough that it continued slowly leaking so I had to eventually uninstall it. Wish it would have held up longer. 2/5 stars.

It feels heavy duty and strong. The water stream is very powerful and really gets everything out. Perfect!!
